Dr. Agnes P. Green

Dr. Green is a graduate of The University of Alabama Birmingham (UAB) Heersink School of Medicine. Along with being a board-certified physician and Founder and Medical Director of Ageless and Evergreen, Dr. Green actually began her medical career as an Anesthesiologist, completing her residency at the prestigious University of Alabama Medical Center (Birmingham, Al). In 2012 while successfully practicing as an Anesthesiologist, she decided she decided she wanted to practice medicine the way she lived her life, with emphasis on health, wellness and longevity. Her Patient-First Philosophy combines science-backed therapies with a truly personalized, holistic approach. Every treatment plan is tailored to meet the patient’s goals, lifestyle, and vision of well-being. She furthered her medical education, receiving extensive, specialized training in the United States and Canada in Medical Weight Management, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement, GLP 1 (Semaglutide/Terzepatide) Weight Loss, Hormone Pellet Therapy (for men and women), IV Vitamin Therapy, Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, and aesthetics. In 2025 she studied at the Guarino Academy with World renown Italian and American Aesthetic Medicine and Cosmetic Surgeon, Dr. Enrico Guarino, completing the Master Class in Nex-Gen facial Regeneration. Dr. Green is on the faculty of AAEG (Advanced Aesthetic Education Group), an international organization that trains physicians in the latest and most innovative aesthetic medicine techniques. She is also a USCIS Civil Surgeon authorized by the Department of Homeland Security to perform immigration medical examinations. She served as a physician for the 1998 Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia and was the lead physician of the ACC (Atlantic Coast Conference) Women’s Basketball Tournament for several years. She has served our community as a coach for the Special Olympics and supports Rails to Trails and the Sierra Club. In addition to her medical career, Dr. Green is an avid cyclist, a gardener, a triathlete, and a USA and World ranked masters track and field athlete in shot put, discus, hammer, javelin, and ultra weight pentathlon. She recently completed her 12th year working for the NCAA/ESPN as the public address announcer for the NCAA Women’s Basketball Final Four tournament.

Diana Kopec
Physician Assistant
Diana brings a wealth of medical experience to Ageless and Evergreen. She began her career as a Trauma Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant in Brooklyn, NY. Since relocating to Florida, she has worked in the emergency rooms of Morton Plant and Mease Countryside hospitals. She strives to make a difference in patients' lives and to provide thoughtful and committed care. She also serves her community as the President of Feeding the Fosters Inc., a nonprofit which supports foster families in the Tampa Bay area.
Sandy Mushaben
Medical Assistant
Sandy serves as the Clinical Coordinator of Ageless and Evergreen. She has worked in orthopedics, critical care, internal medicine, and cancer/oncology care for a total of 37 years of experience. Patients appreciate her compassionate and comprehensive care.
Angela Francis
Administrative Staff
Angela is an experienced office coordinator with extensive knowledge of multi-office medical management scheduling software. She brings proven office and personnel management skills, with equal ability in lead and offer supportive roles to our practice. Her skills include scheduling, staff assignments, customer service and support, and
administrative event planning.
She has worked as the Clinic Manager of Pinnacle Hearing Little Rock, AR and as a Scheduling Coordinator at Little Rock (AK) Plastic Surgery Center. Her education background includes: University of Arkansas at Little Rock , Pulaski Technical College (North Little Rock, Ark) and Arkansas State University.
We are delighted to have Angela at Ageless and Evergreen to contribute to our team- building efforts while offering her expertise knowledge in administration.
Nancy Hess
Administrative Staff
Nancy brings many years of administrative experience including that of Vice President of Administration and International Sales Manager at Restorative Care of America Inc. (RCAI). As VP she was recognized for ten consecutive years as the Top Salesperson of the company. Her strategic
thinking and relationship-building skills not only advanced her career at RCAI, but also significantly contributed to the company's success. She completed three years at Southern New Hampshire University, where she focused on earning an associate’s degree in accounting.
She has served in the past as treasurer of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary (VFWA) Post 10093. She was recently over whelming elected as President of that Auxiliary.
Nancy is from a military family with a rich legacy of service. Her grandfathers, father, brother, nephews, and nieces have all served in various branches of the U.S. Armed Services, instilling in her a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by those who serve the country.

A recent patient message
I wanted to provide an inside look at what working with Dr. Agnes Green can do for you. I was at 300lbs and lost 100lbs with Dr. Green and her system. I went in weekly for my weigh-ins, a shot of mic fat burning and the medication she put me on. I also used the AOD9604 peptide she recommended.
